Reverse: Docketing notation in ink stating Gibbs Lane & CO., Quebec, July 30, 1953, [answered] Augt 3. Notes: An unusual example of the correct postage rate to the US. A Nice Cross-Border cover of a very scarce cancel with 2002 American Philatelic Society Certificate. While the Certificate notes that the two stamps are not tied to the cover, it goes on to state that the cover is genuine with preaffixing creases on right stamp. Condition: Extremely Fine with one vertical docketing fold not affecting stamps. Contents: Nice Tobacco content regarding a shortage in the market and a request for "long dark heavy ribbed King Leaf". Reverse of Cover
